Jane began her tai chi journey in 2004 and has been a qualified facilitator since 2012. She has experience in providing classes in tai chi, chi kung (Qi Gong) and meditation in both adult education and community settings. She has a particular interest in exploring the principles and values of tai chi and chi kung in her other work as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

You will learn a wide compendium of well-researched Taoist meditations to help your students create a healthy state of being. After the course, you will gain confidence and practice in offering meditation classes to people.

Meditation is a very useful tool to help one relax and unwind. The type or style of Meditation we utilise is influenced by Taoist Philosophy and Chinese Medicine. Thus the Meditations include very practical applications of Chinese Medicine, as well as visualisation work, breath work and focus work. Used properly Meditation can help you develop a stronger mind-body connection and even boost your immune system too. It is the art of cultivating awareness and finding stillness within. Through various techniques, including focused attention, mindfulness, and loving-kindness practices, we guide you toward mental clarity and emotional calmness. Modified Short Form

Modified short form is a short form version of tai chi specifically adapted for practitioners who are less mobile by virtue or age or infirmity. Key principles still apply in relation to energy flows!

It is a year-long, deeply insightful journey into the realm of energy healing, where quantum physics meets the foundations of Chinese medicine and self-care practices to learn how to raise one's own vibration to a therapeutic level and be able to present this vibration to clients in the therapeutic setting.

Tai-Chi is a gentle form of exercise. It is also both a moving meditation and a martial art. For the advanced practitioner, you will work deeper within your self to correctly align your body in order to boost your energy levels, and to further develop suppleness and balance.

Chi Kung

Chi Kung / Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing.
