Eugene has been playing Tai Chi since 1998 and applied his experiences with tai chi in his work and personal life. He has experience in facilitating tai chi and Chi Kung classes with Active Aged Groups, TY students and everyone in between! Eugene is also a qualified Energy therapist in the fields of QCT and Colour Therapy

Chi Kung

Chi Kung / Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing.

Philosophy

Facilitators are trained in the practice of questioning and discussing the big issues of the modern day from an eastern philosophical perspective.

QCT, Quantum Coherence Therapy

QCT or Quantum Coherence Therapy is an energy based healing protocol whereby the Practitioner gently shares his/her vibration with the Client. In doing so, the Clients vibration, mood and spirits are lifted and elevated. This lift in the Clients vibration then promotes self-healing within.

Short Form intermediate

Short Form Tai-Chi at the intermediate level explores deeper postures, stronger connections and a greater understanding of different aspects of the form - martial, energetic, spiritual etc.

Thus the Meditations include very practical applications of Chinese Medicine, as well as visualisation work, breath work and focus work. Used properly Meditation can help you develop a stronger mind-body connection and even boost your immune system too. It is the art of cultivating awareness and finding stillness within. Through various techniques, including focused attention, mindfulness, and loving-kindness practices, we guide you toward mental clarity and emotional calmness. Meditation offers profound benefits for stress reduction, emotional health, and enhancing overall well-being.

Colour Therapy

Colour Therapy is a facilitator led meditative practice whereby the client, following consultation with the facilitator, works with specific colours to address specific conditions.
