Massage

Massage is designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation throughout the body. Combining techniques from various traditions, the treatment addresses physical discomfort while soothing the mind and spirit. The massage is individually crafted for each person. The techniques used are Liudong Qi Massage, Lomi Lomi Massage, and Holistic Massage. Each treatment is accompanied by hand-crafted oils infused with healing herbs and a high vibrational process.

Chi Kung

Chi Kung / Qigong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine and self-healing.

Short Form Right Side

Tai-Chi is a gentle form of exercise. It is also both a moving meditation and a martial art. During this beginners class you will learn how to correctly align your body in order to boost your energy levels, and to develop suppleness and balance. Tai Chi comes in many different forms - short form, long form, Ball Form, Sword form, Spiritual Form etc and at many different levels, beginners, intermediate, advanced.

Spiritual forms of tai chi focus to a greater extent on the connection with the spiritual and higher self.

Ba Gua

Ba gua is a form of tai chi focussed on martial applications. Whereas Tai Chi can be slow and meditative, ba gua's circular stepping patterns are often quite rapid and accompanied by an elaborate weaving in and out of the area of combat. The signature open-handed palm strikes are also very vigorous and potentially debilitating.

Sword Form

Sword forms of tai chi work at expanding the wei chi (aura) field of the individual and increase awareness in all directions around the practitioner.
