Meditation Teacher Training is a journey of learning how to guide people through the meditation process safely and how to help students create a meditative state. You will learn a wide compendium of well-researched Taoist meditations to help your students create a healthy state of being. After the course, you will gain confidence and practice in offering meditation classes to people.

Creative Wellness Training

Creative Wellness Courses explore the relationship between wellness and creativity and how they directly impact each other. The practice is based on inner research of the state of being, systems in the body, the study of emotions and mental activity, and finding ways to express it by connecting with different art materials, journaling, and embodiment practices. Somatic art, dance, sound therapy, meditation, somatization, and yogic and Taoist practices are the foundational structure of the course.

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage is a special healing experience that uses coconut oil and gentle, flowing, long strokes across your body to bring deep relaxation. Inspired by Hawaiian tradition, it is a soulful healing session that aims to help you release old beliefs and patterns and set your intentions for healing.
